Ideal Dental is a boutique dental experience built around its patients. With spa-like beautiful offices, top dental providers, and weekend appointments for busy parents on the go, Ideal is changing the dentist experience.

Challenge

Ideal Dental doesn't want to be in the dental business serving people.

They want to be in the people business serving dentistry. 

Solution

To live up to that, we knew we had to appeal to their audiences by telling the Ideal Dental story in an entirely new way. We wanted to ensure their customers knew the ideal experience isn't about service features—it's about their family, their hectic lives, and the need for support from a team that "gets it."
